Dr Nina Laca from the Academy of the Police Force in Bratislava (Akadémia Policajného zboru v Bratislave) visited the University of Applied Sciences in Criminal Investigation and Public Security from 11 to 15 May 2026 as part of the Erasmus+ staff mobility programme.
During her visit, she delivered eight hours of lectures within several study courses, covering topics such as EU Law, Artificial Intelligence in Higher Education, and the Area of Freedom, Security and Justice in the European Union. The teaching activities were carried out as part of incoming Erasmus+ staff mobility (STA).
The programme also included academic discussions with students on police education in Slovakia, as well as visits to several organisational units of the Croatian police system. The mobility facilitated knowledge exchange and further strengthened international cooperation among partner institutions.
