On 31 March 2026, the Faculty of Law in Rijeka and the University of Applied Sciences in Criminal Investigation and Public Security held a working meeting in Zagreb, signing a Cooperation Agreement in higher education and scientific activity. Representatives of both institutions emphasized the complementarity of law and criminal investigation as academic fields. The Agreement provides for collaboration through staff and knowledge exchange, joint research projects, co-organized conferences, and potential joint study programmes, building on an already longstanding and productive partnership.
