Kick-off Meeting of LIFE Project Fight4Wildlife in Rome
Associate Professor Mirjana Kondor-Langer, PhD, participated in the kick-off meeting of the LIFE project Fight4Wildlife, held in Rome, Italy, from 2 to 4 March 2026, organised by the Italian Ministry of Defence.
The meeting launched the project “Urgent Actions to Prevent and Counter Poaching of Three Focal Species in Critical Danger of Extinction in Italy: European Eel, Egyptian Vulture and Apennine Brown Bear (Fight4Wildlife)” and brought together project partners to present its objectives, as well as the technical, administrative, and financial implementation aspects. The discussion also outlined the roles and responsibilities of all stakeholders involved in the project implementation.
