Invited Lecture at the Academy of the Ministry of Interior, Bulgaria
Assistant Professor Ruža Karlović, PhD, delivered an invited lecture to students of the Police Faculty of the Academy of the Ministry of Interior in Sofia, Bulgaria, and police officers of the Bulgarian Ministry of Interior, from 11 to 13 March 2026.
The lecture, titled “Exchange of Experience and Research in the Field of Security,” focused on a criminological and interdisciplinary approach to the prevention of radicalisation as a key component of modern policing. The activity was organised within the EU project Capacity Building, Exchange of Experience and Research in the Field of Security (ISF) by the European Institute. The programme included expert discussion and exchange of professional experience on contemporary security challenges and preventive policing approaches.
